You can return products within 14 days of purchase with the original invoice if you’re unhappy with them.
– We don’t accept returns for used makeup or contaminated items.
– The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping charges.
– Due to COVID-19, any returned makeup will be destroyed, and a 25% handling fee will be applied to damaged or used items.
– If there is damage caused during shipping by the shipping agent, please address it directly with them.
– Returns within our policy will not be questioned.
– It’s helpful to take a picture of any damage when returning a product.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns from international or US retail partners. For returns, please contact the retailer where the original purchase was made as they will handle the return process according to their own policies and procedures.
