   – Promote Cozzette products in a truthful and ethical manner.
   – Disclose your affiliate relationship clearly and conspicuously when endorsing Cozzette products, as mandated by the FTC. This includes using hashtags like #ad or #affiliate in your posts.
   – Maintain the integrity of the Cozzette brand by providing honest reviews and feedback.
4. Commission Structure
   Affiliates can earn cash back starting at 15% on qualifying purchases made through their unique affiliate links. Commission rates may vary based on promotions or product categories, and will be communicated to affiliates as needed.
5. Payment
   – Commissions will be paid out on a monthly basis, provided that you meet the minimum payout threshold ($50 USD) set by Cozzette.
   – Payments will be made via the method specified in your affiliate account settings.
6. Prohibited Activities
   Affiliates are prohibited from:
   – Engaging in misleading or deceptive marketing practices.
   – Using spam or unsolicited emails to promote Cozzette products.
   – Misrepresenting the Cozzette brand or its products in any manner.
7. Termination
   Cozzette reserves the right to terminate your participation in the affiliate program at any time, with or without cause. If terminated, you will forfeit any pending commissions.
8. Modifications
   Cozzette reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. You will be notified of any significant changes, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of those changes.
9. Limitation of Liability
   Cozzette is not liable for any damages arising from your participation in the affiliate program or from any errors or omissions in the promotional materials provided.
10. Governing Law
    These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Florida, United States in which Cozzette is headquartered.
